Position CF seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to partner with the Director of Marketing and support the marketing team as a whole. The person will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing tactics. The successful candidate can be based in our Harrisburg or King of Prussia offices or work remotely. Responsibilities * Execution of issue campaigns based on the strategy set by the director of marketing and the vice president of strategy * Responsible for execution of all marketing components * Traditional marketing * Design and messaging of traditional marketing components, including ads, mailers, billboards, and more * Digital marketing * Design and execution of social media campaigns, including lead ad generation and growth of owned audience * Run point with any external vendors necessary for campaign success * Build and maintain CFs digital marketing presence * Based on the strategy set by the director of marketing and the vice president of strategy, execute the following: * Mange the website * Execute day-to-day posting and any structural updates and changes * Point person for the website vendor, receive consistent updates on analytics and performance * Manage SEO * Build and maintain owned audience * Execute and manage lead generation campaigns, partnering with the social media team to execute the campaigns * Ensure owned audience and website are integrated with Salesforce and other data platforms as necessary * Recommend and implement opportunities for improvement of marketing automation for new audiences * Execute any email correspondence to owned audiences, including drafting, segmentation of lists, and reporting * Email tactics * Coordinate across departments to provide guidance and tactical expertise * Ensure email reporting is being completed, and report to the Director of Marketing regularly * Partner with the social media team to ensure up-to-date content farm * Day-to-day management of the marketing suite * Partner with the director of marketing to ensure marketing suite of external and internal collateral and design elements is up to date * Execute updates to these materials with other staff members and vendors as necessary Requirements * Experience managing marketing campaigns * Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is required * SEO and digital data analysis required * College degree preferred * Understanding and passion for the mission of the Commonwealth Foundation * Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills * Supervisory experienceincluding vendors and direct reportspreferred Benefits * Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience * Monthly stipend for health care * Short-term and long-term disability insurance * Reimbursements for needed mobile technology and home office supplies * 4% company contributions towards retirement plan To Apply Qualified candidates should submit the following application materials in one PDF document through the Commonwealth Foundations career center. * Rsum * Cover letter detailing your experience, your interest in/passion for Commonwealths mission, and your salary requirement Apply Here PI135234328|

||New York NY 04/06/2021 Summary: A Digital Product Manager at the Ad Council works with our VP and Director to implement the digital product strategy and roadmap for a subset of Ad Council campaigns. We are looking for a talented, passionate digital professional who wants to help us build best in class digital products for social good. In this role, you will get to work with the top advertising, digital, social and media agencies in the country as well as talented web developers and user experience leaders in the field. You will be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and is passionate about our end users. You will work on projects ranging in size and scope from managing the production of a landing page to robust websites with many interactive features. Digital products include: websites (mobile first, accessible), mobile apps, chatbots, ongoing website maintenance and optimization, campaign toolkit websites and other internal Ad Council projects. You will manage the development and optimization of products that either live on our enterprise CMS - Brightspot - or microsites that live within a campaign sponsor's website or on their servers. This is currently a remote position with a team that is based out of NYC. What you'll do: * Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, account, developers and other teams on social good digital products * Drive the campaign digital product strategy and conceive an overall product roadmap that will bring the strategy to fruition with Director or VP * Drive the execution of the roadmap and deliver against campaign KPIs and objectives with Director or VP * Communicate effectively to the larger campaign team to keep everyone informed of progress * Work with research and analytics teams to establish digital product KPIs and ensure that they are being achieved * Work with product vendors to develop SOWs and timelines and deliver products within scope and budget * Work on other digital product team initiatives such as managing our external UX committee or Game for Good initiative partnering with the video game industry * Represent the Ad Council and our digital work at industry conferences and thought leadership events Minimum Qualifications: * 3-4 years in project management * 2-3 years of digital product management experience * Familiar with Google Analytics * Strong oral and written communication skills * Experience working on websites with any CMS platforms * Exercise good judgment; operate with warmth, a collaborative approach and 'can do' mindset while working in a remote environment * Previous experience prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while handling several projects * Ability to work with colleagues and projects in the East Coast time zone (if remote) Preferred Qualifications/Requirements: * Ad Agency experience * Familiar with website accessibility standards and best practices * Experience working with any enterprise level CMS * Design/Production background with an interest in UX * Strong ideation skills coupled with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders. * Ability to collaborate and build successful relationships across multiple functions and business areas Who we are: The Ad Council is where creativity and causes converge at scale.
