Dealers Should Hold Training Meetings for Today's Car Buyers
With digital dashboards and low-slung designs, auto dealers can’t rely on busy salesmen to explain all the features and differences in today’s new cars. So why don’t dealers hold training meetings, or seminars, for new car buyers? That would be a relational plus for the dealers.

Whether proud new buyers spend enough time with their owners’ manuals is questionable. And something the manual doesn’t touch on: you may come to realize how highway-hugging your new car is by the unwelcome sound of the front end scraping on a concrete parking space divider.

And here, on Dealer.com, we learn that “the real issue among millennials is an outdated and unsatisfying purchase experience.”

Far better for dealers to hold familiarization meetings for new buyers, wouldn’t you think?
