Influencing audiences – internal and external, interpreting corporate goals, influencing the public's perceptions of organizations, constantly mediating among constituencies, mentoring new professionals, learning the depth of their businesses, and being creative about communicating – these are all traits of the trade.
"In a nutshell," says Jennifer Dublisky, who put the post together, "the PR pros I interviewed love working with people, have a passion for writing, enjoy learning, and take pleasure in telling a story." That's a pretty great way to earn a living, right?
