The Sales Trainer is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and management of S2 Residential’s Sales Training Program. Using a strategic and blended approach to learning, this role will create content for and oversee coaching, classroom and onsite training, action learning, and e-learning courses that are designed to engage and elevate our sales team.
S2 Residential’s Sales Trainer and Program will teach our on-site teams how successfully drive sales, master leasing techniques and build their sales skills. This role will also assist in the recruitment and hiring of new sales team members.
