EMA is currently seeking a Project Manager, a really good one. We’re looking for a highly energetic person that will be based in our fast-paced Charlotte office. This person will provide day-to-day tactical support for integrated client campaigns that include both digital and traditional components, on a mix of business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients.
You will own and drive momentum for all day-to-day deliverables as primary internal and external point of contact for projects. You must be a strong, independent leader, decision maker and great communicator. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time and on budget and that expectations are surpassed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to learn, comfortable with change, and able to work with a high volume of projects. Duties will involve management of tasks, timelines, resource allocation and work trafficking.
Responsibilities

Working with Account, Creative, Technical, Strategy, and Production teams to develop and maintain project schedules, provide project status, review client feedback and satisfy deliverables

Managing development of statements of work and related budget and cost estimates

Collaborating with the team to ensure that the proposed creative concepts can be produced within client-specified timeframes and budgets

Acting as the team's main point of contact and facilitating communications for all project related issues.

Managing day-to-day tasks and being able recognize potential challenges and risk factors early in the game.
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing project management / interactive producer experience:
-
Strong organizational skills, be able to learn new systems and processes quickly and be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment.

Comprehensive understanding of digital and interactive projects such as website development, online banner ads, SEO/SEM, social and mobile media

Ability to reduce project risks and increase quality

A dynamic team player and strong communicator within a fast-paced environment and in cross-functional / multi-discipline teams

Effectively communicate project status, requirement, changes, risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders, including clients
-
Ability to maintain multi-month projects, priorities, budgets, and schedules

Ability to drive project profitability and manage all aspects of project financial lifecycle
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
-
3-5 years experience in digital / interactive producer or project management role
-
Ad agency or corporate marketing experience preferred
-
MS Office Suite including MS Project preferred
