The Program Specialist position requires experience/skills in programs administration; marketing; and technology/website support.  This position reports to the Section Director.
 
The Program Specialist will:
 
Develop and execute marketing plans/campaigns for the Section’s stand-alone CLE conferences, meetings, Section Reserves projects, and other Section activities.  Annually, there are approximately 8-10 stand-alone CLE conferences (several international); a Spring Meeting of 60+ CLE programs and 20+ social events for over 3,000 attendees; 200+ Committee Programs (brown bags); 6-10 new publications; numerous membership recruitment initiatives; and several technology initiatives.
 
Provide supplemental support for the Section’s technology and website activities. The Section of Antitrust Law is typically on the cutting-edge of technology.  The website is the hub through which nearly all Section content, public-facing or members-only, is accessible. It is also treated as the entry point and informational resource for non-members who are exploring the Section and its offerings. The Program Specialist provides back up support to the Technology and Communications Specialist for these activities.
 
Provide primary support for Antitrust Connect.  Antitrust Connect is the Section’s members-only collaboration platform.
 
Manage Section’s social media. This includes LinkedIn Groups, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google+.
              
Assist with other Section projects and staff overload, as needed. 
 
 
Experience
 
Management and/or supervisory experience, preferably in an association or non-profit setting to include analytical problem solving ability, and programmatic and policy development; some research and writing skills, substantive budgeting experience; meeting planning experience a must; fundraising experience is preferred.
 
Education
 
Bachelors degree is required.
