Rawle Murdy is seeking a Media Planner/Buyer to join or media team.
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience working with all media types to create results-driven campaigns. Candidates must have knowledge, skills and experience with traditional and digital advertising including but not limited to: broadcast, print, out-of-home, digital (display, digital video, mobile, streaming audio, programmatic media buying and SEM). SEM managed by a separate team but candidate must be well versed in it and be able to speak to it when appropriate. Responsibilities
Have a leadership role on accounts with strong client relationship building experience.
Experience leading and building digital and traditional media plans – Supervising and facilitating the planning process from start to finish, including RFP development, pricing, negotiation, creative specs, supporting documentation and deck building.
Develop strong and well thought recommendations – strong presentation and communication skills is a must.
Foster trust and build relationships with internal and external partners.
Strong collaboration with our team (and with all other departments) and the ability to act independently to support and build media campaigns.
Work with cross-functional departments to ensure flawless execution of all media campaigns.
Understand how to generate and work with digital reporting and bring to life results in a strategic manner.
Experience with media software (Advantage, Strata, Smartplus, etc)
