Campbell Ewald’s Los Angeles office has an opportunity for a Digital Media Traffic Coordinator.   In this job, you’ll work closely with our media planners, account management, digital production, web and analytics teams to ensure our digital advertising is properly tagged and QA’s, and submitted to publishers in accordance with our digital media buys.


  • Ensure digital creative is delivered to publishers in line with digital media plan
  • Execute all tagging requirements necessary to ensure comprehensive reporting capabilities according to performance metrics identified in plan
  • Manage campaign through Doubleclick and Prisma while maintaining quality controls and best practices
  • Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of advertising experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent operational needs in various phases of campaign development, such as creative concept planning, media planning and implementation
  • Partner with digital media lead and secure/manage/share production specs with internal colleagues for all creative units and placements by publisher, including, but not limited to file size, pixel details, technical capabilities, trafficking deadlines
  • Work with Account Management to incorporate traffic rotations into implementation plan
  • Maintain and update digital traffic planning schedule; communicate frequently with internal and external partners (publishers, DCM and Mediaocean Prisma support), ensuring timing and banner specs are in sync with site requirements
  • Manage all tracking tags and other code to ensure proper metric tracking; traffic tags and/or creative elements through Prisma to publishers as per the media buy, insertion orders and creative rotation instructions
  • Perform QA testing of tags and creative units with publishers to troubleshoot implementation issues; work with web team to fix and correct issues; verify served campaigns are tracking properly and impressions are registering correctly in reports
  • Identify problems mid-campaign, and alert media, production/operations and account management leads of issues
  • Attend weekly department and account status meetings


  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as high attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage diverse project loads; flexibility with dynamic priorities, interfacing with many functional leads
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure within a hectic environment and maintain a great solutions-oriented attitude
  • Must be able to professionally and diplomatically enforce deadlines and problem-solve on a regular basis
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate unpredictable deadlines and work overtime as needed
  • Experience with / knowledge of advanced technologies used to develop ads, serve and optimize, and some knowledge of HTML code is strongly desired
  • Experience with Doubleclick DCM and Mediaocean Prisma is a plus
