Trakref is set to hire an accomplished Growth Manager of Digital Marketing who has the expertise to stimulate and support an inspired marketing effort in a growing company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital and integrated marketing expert who will provide support to implement strategic digital marketing direction and tactics along with analytical.
The ideal candidate will be an event driven individual with a proven track record in a digital marketing role preferably within the software or commercial property industry, possesses a polished and professional demeanor where s/he can make professional and relevant business presentations, and is familiar with cutting-edge integrated marketing techniques including PPC, SEO/SEM, CRM solutions, data warehousing, direct & social media marketing, drip campaign management, ad word curating, presentation development, website design & development, and creative services. Bachelor’s degree is also highly preferred or 6 Plus years as a marketing professional .
The Growth Manager of Digital Marketing will work in conjunction the Trakref team to:
Manage or assist in all areas related to online/digital marketing, including website development.
Build & manage ad word campaigns in conjunction with strategic campaign program
Manage online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content
Insure websites are optimized using current best practices for SEO and PPC
Plan and execute all web, SEO, Marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
Craft, Deploy, Manage & Track drip marketing programs and all email marketing campaigns
Utilize and analyze current reporting from SalesForce, brands, and Google Analytics and Pardot to drive improved content and marketing initiatives and decisions
Recommend changes and new reporting based on changes in technology, CMS or other areas in conjunction with changing business needs
Provide strategic digital direction to
Stay abreast of current digital trends and incorporate trends and emerging technologies into specific messaging strategies.
Hold third-party agencies accountable for work and productivity. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against appropriate ROAS and/or ROI.
Assist with CRM technology and implementation of reporting tools
Working knowledge of the technology platforms that power the digital marketing space and competitive landscape.
· Align digital strategies with PR, Social Media, and traditional marketing strategies
· Develop & manage drip campaigns
· Plan & Manage trade show attendance
· Develop online creative
· Attend Brand-related marketing calls and meetings

We are looking for a college graduate with 4+ years experience or a seasoned pro of 6 Plus years that is a pro with SalesForce, Pardot, word press, , social media tools in general, raven tools, adobe creative suite , google ad words, analytics, power point and all office products and be a master planner & organizer. Best if you are familiar with campaign management and time planning.
