Title: Associate Manager, Retailer CRM
Location: New York, NY





Clarins, a luxury beauty brand, is seeking an Associate Manager of Retailer CRM. This position will develop long lasting relationship with our retail customers through programs and systems fostering engagement and brand loyalty. Additionally, it will equip our sales teams with the best tools and protocols to help them elevate customer experience and increase customer retention.  The position reports to the Director of Customer Experience, CRM and Market Insights, N. America and is based in our New York City office.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

CRM

  • Work with our retailer partners and our sales teams on the implementation of our CRM strategy in department and specialty stores

  • Be the evangelist of CRM and customer experience to the sales teams: share best practices to recruit new clients and retain existing

  • Be the CRM partner of our retail division and help build and execute the CRM strategy and contact plan for our owned and operated stores and outlets

  • Measure the success of our retailer CRM through monthly reports following a set of KPIs

  • Liaise with the sales team to identify CRM opportunities in each markets

  • Work with sales and education to expand the reach of our loyalty program

  • Work on the production of collaterals to promote our loyalty program in store

  • Develop content  for major product launches and events so that associates can communicate effectively with their customers (Emails, MMS)

  • Partner with our education, digital and sales team to infuse a CRM approach to every part of the organization

     

Digital in store

  • Be the contact person for our digital in-store initiatives (make-up app, appointment booking platform, clienteling tool)

  • Share usage reporting with the sales team and identify areas of opportunities

  • Train new team members on the use of our digital tools and partner with education to ensure best practices are shared nationwide

  • Work on the improvement of our existing programs and on the implementation of new ones

 

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience with luxury/high-end brands and/or retail CRM Marketing 
  • Track record of running successful acquisition/retention programs
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
