We are seeking a seasoned, award-winning, innovative Associate Creative Director/Senior Art Director to join our North Carolina creative team.<p><p><p><p>As an ACD, you will be responsible for the big ideas and execution of all creative components, including online advertising, social media, broadcast, mobile, and online video.<p><p>In addition to being a great talent and collaborative team player, you should have the ability to:<p><p>Think cross-platform. It\'s about the big idea, then about where it lives. It doesn\'t matter what medium a great idea lives in.<p><p>Partner with copywriters and collaborate with technology, media, and production colleagues.<p><p>Provide clear direction, motivate, and mentor creative teams.<p><p>Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends.<p><p>Contribute your ideas and work as part of an integrated, multi-discipline agency team.<p><p>Effectively sell ideas both internally, and with clients.<p><p>Juggle projects from current client roster and new business pursuits.<p><p><p><p>
Requirements
