Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years advertising agency experience and a thorough knowledge of strategy, media and creative development, as well as broadcast, print and interactive. Additionally, qualified candidates must understand how to manage client budgets, conduct client meetings, be able to work well with a variety of people and have great attention to detail. Strong, persuasive written and verbal communication skills are critical - including the ability to present in front of groups. New business skills are necessary to assist with agency growth. You must be a self starter and be able to work under deadlines and pressure with a positive attitude. We are located in Portland, Oregon in the center of great creative talent.
