Brooklyn-based digital marketing and advertising agency is looking to fill an immediate senior level opening for a Supervisor of Online Strategy. The position requires the need to communicate the benefits of social communities to all levels of management and transfer your knowledge and experience of social media to clients through the implementation of engaging web content, audience interactions and applications. In addition, the position also requires working in conjunction with management and account teams in developing unique, innovative and creative digital marketing strategies for social media, viral and publicity/promotional programs.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Draft creative and innovative online marketing strategies for major television, motion picture and theater clients.
• Evaluate, establish and manage customized viral and social media programs utilizing emerging spaces and technologies (e.g. Facebook, Twitter).
• Manage the day-to-day tasks of the social media team, including community management and client reporting.
• Analyze industry and film buzz to optimize current and future strategies.
• Research and monitor buzz about films, entertainment properties, and the competitive landscape.
• Responsible for building the audience, awareness, and repeat engagement with all social media platforms. • Setting weekly, monthly and annual goals and developing strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Job Requirements:
• Extensive experience in active social media involvement.
• Experience in presenting to clients with varied levels of understanding of social media.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft compelling strategies.
• Capability to perform in-depth analysis and recognize opportunities for improvement.
