Interactive Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Interactive Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of online marketing strategies and campaigns. In addition, they will be responsible for managing overall website content on our company website; www.CurriculumAssociates.com. This person will work closely with other team members to develop dynamic, interactive web campaigns, special offers, and customized websites to generate leads and drive sales efforts. This position has management oversight for team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies and campaigns
• Managing content on the company website
• Translate visual designs into completed HTML pages while maintaining design specifications
• Work closely with developers to ensure integrity of the UI throughout the development process
• Oversee the execution of e-mail campaigns and special offers
• Manage team members
• Performing other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates who can work at a fast pace, thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate a record of achievement and have the ability to address complex strategic marketing problems and propose viable solutions. Successful candidates will have:
• Bachelor’s and at least 7 years of experience in client management and marketing program development
• Must exhibit strong leadership ability and exercise good judgment and diplomacy
• Knowledge of developing standard based, GUI driven, table-less layouts
• Knowledge of Javascript/UI libraries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Proven organizational skills, high attention to detail, and superior time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and superior communication skills are essential.
