Tech Marketing Associates
LiveVox, a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS company based in San Francisco, is seeking a highly motivated person for a newly created position in the marketing department. This full-time position will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and market research initiatives targeting call center IT decision makers.

LiveVox sells unique, patented technology to the financial services industry in a highly competitive market. You will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned IT, sales and operations executives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Primary responsibilities will be to leverage internal IT expertise and LiveVox differentiators to develop and execute marketing and market research campaigns that target call center IT decision makers. Responsibilities and compensation will increase as you demonstrate the ability to manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities will include:
• Tapping internal IT expertise for marketing materials and press releases
• Leveraging LiveVox IT strengths and differentiators for marketing campaigns
• Assisting with market research initiatives targeting IT decision makers
• Public relations and media outreach
• Assisting with technical RFPs
• Participation in industry conferences and events – travel @ 10%

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 4-5 years experience in B2B tech marketing, public relations, tech media or related fields
• Understanding of call center IT business drivers, cloud computing, hosted software delivery, VoIP applications and related tech trends
• Relationships with call center IT and operations decision makers a plus
• Strong writing, copy editing and communications skills are a must – please provide samples with resumes
• Complete proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
• Self- directed, detail-oriented and a good attitude
• Ability to work with geographically disperse team
• Candidates must be based in either San Francisco or Atlanta
