Media Works is looking for a savvy, experienced digital media manager to lead the agency’s digital team. Media Works is a highly-respected media-only agency located in Owings Mills, MD that has been serving clients for over 20 years.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Leading all of the agency’s digital media efforts
-
Strategy, planning, implementation, reporting, and optimization of Search Engine Marketing campaigns and online display campaigns
-
Presenting to and meeting with a number of clients in various industries, most of which are in the Baltimore/Washington, DC area
-
Consulting with clients and providing strategic direction on social media initiatives
-
Educating the rest of the agency on important changes in the digital landscape
Required Experience/Skills
-
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience planning/buying/managing digital media campaigns
-
Experience handling all aspects of Search Engine Marketing campaigns
-
Experience planning, negotiating, buying, reporting, optimizing online display campaigns
-
Experience with 3rd-party ad servers, preferably Mediaplex
-
Must be comfortable presenting media plans and campaign results to clients in a variety of industries
-
Must be a strong writer and communicator
-
Must have strong math skills and the ability to interpret campaign results when reporting to clients
-
Experience with Search Engine Optimization preferred
