Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Take direction from two Theatrical Producers
• Occasional client communication (i.e. emails regarding FTP postings, package tracking information, script presentations, taking client calls/requests when producer is unavailable)
• Manage time lines and dues dates
• Keeping track of current status of rough cuts and finishes for each job.
• Script development and presentations
• Manage music request
• Manage and Q/C graphic request
• Set up VO sessions
• Set-up all fibers
• Label and dub request
• FTP Postings
• Ensure correct information sent out to clients (i.e. slates information/version numbers/revisions were all incorporated in spots)
• Q/C all AV elements, client dubs, test cassettes, etc... before being sent out to or on behalf of clients
• Follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials to or on behalf of clients
• Keeping track of correct Feature Elements / Dailies/ Music and other cutting materials for producer, editors
• Requesting additional materials if needed
• Logging dailies
• Making sure all outside costs are allocated to jobs correctly (i.e. Stock Footage, VO talent, Dubs, ADR sessions, out of house graphics work, outside music searches, freelance copywriting, etc...)
• Coordinate with Assistant Editor in creating campaign reels
• Coordinate with Assistant Editor in submission materials and credit information for Award Events
