The Digital Account Supervisor’s primary role is to manage the development and delivery of Integer marketing and promotional services and client expectations using exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and effective leadership skills. The Digital Account Supervisor must efficiently balance multiple tasks while effectively directing cross-functional Agency teams – with an emphasis on deliverables produced and integrated by Integer’s digital team. Actively contributes to leading the communication of ideas, projects and agency points of view as well as growing the clients business. • Actively manages and supervises all account-specific projects • Clearly communicates project direction and ongoing status to all team members • Facilitates internal communication, providing clear direction/constructive feedback to cross-functional teams • Leads highly productive agency meetings • Recognizes and devises solutions to potential project challenges/issues • Provides a more strategic approach and actively contributes to the development of great work • Brings innovative thinking to the business • Concentrates on making Integer an indispensable marketing partner • Proactively anticipates client’s needs
• Exhibits thorough understanding of client’s business and industry and educates team members • Presents and sells Integer work using excellent written/verbal communication skills • Effectively translates digital deliverables, strategies, tactics and methodologies internally and externally • Provides strategic leadership • Consistently thinks about client’s business and proactively brings added-value initiatives and new ideas • Keeps client up to date on marketing trends and competitive actions • Gains trust, confidence and respect of client • Knows how/when to engage strategic planning • Provides clear vision for the client’s brand • Appropriately prioritizes strategic initiatives • Helps define strategic best practices for various digital projects such as site designs,
landing pages, banners, email blasts, applications, social media, etc. • Has a solid foundation for strategically understanding the creative contribution and evaluates it against the objectives from the Creative Brief • Supervises and closely monitors estimates/billing • Consistently delivers on-budget • Manages client expenditures as if they were personal expenditures • Participates in monthly finance meetings to reconcile project summaries and provides client billing and job-closing direction • Assists in securing client payments to meet agency receivable goals
• Identifies at least two revenue-building or cost-reduction ideas per year for client’s business • Emphasis shifts to management of agency financials/client P&L vs. project financials • Promotes a climate of respect and confidence of all departments and team members by exhibiting adaptability/control in stressful situations
• Always demonstrates integrity, dependability, commitment and accountability • Recognized as an agency leader and earns respect of cross-functional teams • Sets clear goals and standards for direct reports • Monitors and balances workload or direct reports • Mentors/coaches direct reports

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 6+ years agency experience preferred. Solid digital experience highly desired (4+ years preferred) • Proven ability to interact effectively with clients and agency • Strong supervisory skills • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead clients and team members • Ability to think strategically • Strong decision-making skills • Understands agency fiscal responsibilities • Very strong work ethic • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
