The primary role of the Digital Account Executive is to provide flawless execution for Integer clients. The Digital Account Executive exhibits a passionate interest in providing integrated digital promotions in the retail industry with strong organizational and communication skills, being an effective team player and exhibiting a “can do” attitude. The Digital AE takes the initiative to intimately learn all aspect of the client’s business and industry • Plans and manages digital account-specific projects, from project initiation to project completion and billing • Clearly communicates complete and actionable information on Work Orders and Change Orders • Facilitates internal communication, providing clear direction/constructive feedback to cross-functional teams
• Keeps team members informed on project developments and issues via regular status meetings, status reports, conference reports and meeting recaps • Leads highly productive agency meetings • Recognizes and devises solutions to potential project challenges/issues • Compiles and maintains a historical file for each project
• Actively provides research and quality assurance assistance as needed • Concentrates on making Integer an indispensable marketing partner • Constantly thinks about clients’ business • Effectively articulates digital deliverables, strategies, tactics and methodologies internally and externally • Contributes to keeping client up to date on marketing trends and competitive actions • Develops trust and confidence of client • Knows how/when to engage strategic planning • Demonstrates passion and knowledge of digital deliverables, promotions and the retail industry • Learns and protects best practices for various digital projects such as site designs,
landing pages, banners, email blasts, applications, social media, etc. • Actively participates in developing and managing project estimates and obtaining client approval – revising and enforcing as necessary • Effectively manages client expenditures • Participates in monthly Finance meetings to reconcile project summaries and provides client billing and job-closing direction • Supports supervisor in securing client payments to meet agency receivable goals
• Identifies at least one revenue-building or cost-reduction idea per year for the client’s business
• Promotes a climate of respect and teamwork • Establishes and maintains strong relationships between all cross functional teams • Demonstrates integrity, dependability, commitment and accountability • Exhibits positive “can do” attitude • Actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminars
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ years digital/consumer marketing experience preferred. Agency and specific product/service experience highly desired • Proven ability to work well with others • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask • Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done • Good decision-making skills • Strong work ethic • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
