The Copywriter, in conjunction with their Art Director teammate, is responsible for generating creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the advertising needs of the client as directed by Account Management. The CW often brainstorms ideas and concepts in a close-knit creative partnership with the AD to generate workable concepts and ideas. Most important is the CW’s ability to write clear, persuasive and original copy. The CW must be skilled at proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar. The CW also writes and produces radio commercials.

Specifically, responsibilities for the Copywriter position include:
• Generating creative ideas and concepts
• Writing clear, persuasive and original copy
• Proofreading all work for spelling and grammar errors
• Ensuring adherence to all creative briefs
• Being conscientious of budget guidelines set forth by Account Management
• Attending important client meetings as necessary
• Producing radio commercials
• Assisting in production of some television projects

Experience/Skills:

• 3-5 Years Prior Agency Experience
• Strong conceptual skills
• The ability to do strong research
• Versatility to work on wide array of brands and assignments
• Ability to handle a large workload under tight deadlines
• Background in Luxury or Hospitality a plus
