Responsible for the creative development through strategy for marketing, advertising, and promotional campaign throughout all phases including initial conception through final production.
Creative Development
-Creative lead to direct creative team through design and production
-Leads and participates in creative brainstorms
-Interprets strategy and sets creative tone that delivers business objectives for seasonal campaigns, brand development and Innovation environmental graphics
-Collaborates with photo and copy partners in creative execution
Creative Management
-Ensures that creative presentation (boards/instore) are prepared. Presents creative to Creative Manager
-Reviews all stages of project with Creative Manager
-Mentors creative team, freelancers and interns
-Maintains status of jobs at all times
Project Management
-Assists project management with timeline development
-Collaborates with project management to keep project on track and on schedule
-Ensures that there is a current style-guide for completed campaigns and launches
-Maintains an organized file management system and file server
Required Qualifications
-Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills required.
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required
-Strong presentation skills required
-BFA or equivalent degree required
-Effective verbal and written communication skills required
-Software requirements LIST: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat
-Must be a high-level strategic and conceptual thinker with the ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple print mediums
-Must have a high-level of experience multi-tasking and working on various levels of creative and multiple brands in a very fast-paced environment
-Exceptional organization, time management and multi-tasking skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with managing creative projects from concept to production
-Experience with retail workflow, processes, and structure
-Advanced knowledge of four-color, spot, and digital printing processes and prepress requirements
-5 years design experience
-Previous experience with Corporate marketing
-Previous experience in the Fashion Industry
