TITLE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO Account Supervisor/Account Director
SCOPE/
RESPONSIBILITY The Account Executive (AE) manages all project details for his/her assigned account(s), including strategic planning, presentation and program execution. The AE demonstrates sound leadership, building and strengthening internal and Client relationships. Increased financial responsibility, including project estimating and billing, is key to the AE role.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

The Work/Relationship Management
• Responsible for every detail of program execution – timelines, budgets, relationship management, etc. Take ownership of programs, managing them independently and efficiently.
• Participate in authoring creative brief; review brief with internal team
• Contribute to creative development, including internal review of concepts and layouts prior to client presentation
• Hone presentation skills internally and, where applicable, participate in creative presentations to the client
• Provide support for agency recommendations and deliver client feedback constructively
• Lead day-to-day client communication, anticipating their needs and working proactively to exceed expectations
• Present suggestions for process improvement, when applicable

Business Management
• Prepare estimates and present to client
• Perpetuate profitability on all jobs and ensure accurate billing

Strategic Development
• Execute sound and relevant marketing strategies in coordination with entire client team
• Be “keeper of the brand” – review creative execution to ensure product is on strategy and adheres to brand identity
• Monitor the brands’ immediate competitive set and continually increases your knowledge of the brands’ target

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Four year college degree in marketing or related field of study
• 3-5 years of marketing/agency experience
