I can't remember my Password and/or User ID. Help!
There are two ways to reset your password. You can visit our Password Reset page and enter the email address associated with your Talent Zoo account, or you can enter your User ID. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
To recover your User ID, visit our Password Reset page and enter the email address associated with your Talent Zoo account. You will be emailed a reminder of your User ID along with a link to re-set your password if you choose.
If don't have access to the email address associated with your account and you've forgotten your User ID, no worries! Just email us at support@TalentZoo.com.
How do I change my password?
Once logged in, click on the Update Profile link on the left side of your user dashboard to change your password.
How do I change my User ID?
We're sorry, but User IDs cannot be changed. This is the only item associated with your account that remains static.
How do I update my contact information?
Log into your account and click the Update Profile link, found on the left side of your user dashboard. Here, you can change account and contact information such as job search status, resume anonymity level, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
