Brands beware—regardless of your fine quality products and fair prices, today’s consumer will still drop you like a hot rock if you don’t make their shopping experience memorable, or at least pain-free, new CMO Council research finds.
Almost half of North American and European consumers surveyed by the Council say they will abandon a brand and take their money elsewhere if they continuously encounter a poor, impersonal or frustrating customer experience across channels of engagement.
