Boy, it was comforting to come upon this Business2Community post by Rachel Moore on “The 8 Dying Trends In Website Design To Stay Away From.” If enough people read and apply it, maybe, for example, websites won’t start talking to you unless you ask them to.

Or how about being required to take some sort of action before you can read the content the page has brought to you in the first place?

If enough Web designers read and take this piece seriously, it will produce a worldwide reform in Web usability. Don’t you, at least, fall for any of these banal practices.
