Mark Schaeffer notes an important concept, content cadence, in a post on blogging frequency for a business-related blog. He links the phrase back to Brooke Ballard, who contributed it on a guest post to his own {grow} blog last month.
"Two often," Brooke wrote then, "we write what we want to write, or what we think our customers want to hear about, without actually thinking about the cadence of our content and how if done correctly it will draw readers in — and keep them coming back" Yes, there's more to blogging than pecking and posting. For more on the "cadence" of the craft head over to Brooke's post directly.
