Do we need to go through this again, really? The Wall Street Journal reports that the HealthCare.gov website is expected to start acting up again when it reopens for enrollments this month. A whole year and still a buggy application of the Affordable Care Act?
Where is the Obama Administration’s sense of, if not technology, at least public relations? The Journal story has examples of the sort of problems that are likely to occur. But if they can be enumerated by a reporter, couldn’t they have been anticipated by the folks in charge in Washington and headed off? With nearly a whole year’s experience and all that expertise?
What’s up, Washington folks?
