What To Do When You're Being Bashed on Social Media |

Now, let's assume that something goes wrong with a client's presence on social media. It could, you know. ('Is he kidding me?...') Federico Einhorn, a Web entrepreneur, suggests on EverythingPR steps to take if you're being bashed on Facebook, Twitter or whichever SM outlet may be involved. They begin, no surprise, with listening. "In many cases, bad publicity is the result of a genuine complaint from an unhappy customer..." You know what to do about that — respond earnestly.
What Einhoren is suggesting, actually, is the essence of good public relations, which you learned at whatever fount you started. It's good to see it being applied to the Web scene.
