You always need to know what the competition's doing, or saying, about you. Hence this reference to a post by John Hall, CEO of Digital Talent Agents, who seems to feel that it's over for established, print-oriented PR agencies and that the craft's future is online. However you feel about John's thesis, it's advisable to hear him out. He at least provides links to helpful analytics tools — Google Analytics, DoubleClick Ad Planner, WhoReTweetedMe and Klout. "How're we doing?" These will help you figure that out.
