 We trust this will be our last "Top 10 for 2011" list, but it's a good one — the Holmes report recaps for us the Top 10 Crises of 2011, in knowledgeable summaries. They are Tepco (the Japanese earthquake), News Corp., Penn State, Blackberry, Dow Chemical, Netflix, Sony, HP, Qantas, and the European Central Bank.
Put this aside for crisis communication recollection and learning.
