Manage Social Media Effectively

Social media can appear to be a time-consuming task in a world where new platforms appear all the time. Although they may seem too difficult to manage, there are ways to make your social media tasks relatively easy.

Popular words in the tech age: “There’s an app for that."

HootSuite is a popular tool that allows you to manage various social media accounts in one interface. Within this application, you can schedule your posts, establish campaigns, and more. This innovative, all-in-one feature saves time for those that prefer working on his/her craft to being on social media. It’s also great for social media lovers as well because you can be active on your social media platforms, (read, like, retweet, DM, etc.) all in one place.

IFTTT (If This Then That) is another awesome tool that allows your smart devices, social media accounts, and much more to act automatically based on certain situations. This may give your social media pages a robotic feel, but if you’re streamlining great content, you shouldn’t have much to worry about. If you’ve ever wondered how that band or company seems to DM every new follower, they most likely use a similar tool. This task can also be created on the IFTTT platform as well. It’s worth checking out. The possibilities are endless with this app.

All of us aren’t social media warriors, and as aspiring entrepreneurs it’ll be pretty tough to focus on your big ideas when you’re concerned about growing your followers to get your product out there. Take some time out to assess your content and how you want to market it, then search for tools based on your needs. This will make marketing your work much easier.
