Could you find the love of your life on Facebook? Now, with the help of Lovebook, you just might.

Lovebook was created by CJ James, who wanted to find a better online dating option than the dating websites out there today. He created a three-tiered service: First Date, Lovebug, and Casanova. Each tier has a different pricing option. The highest tiers come with personal advice from James himself.

Lovebook is essentially your own Facebook page, with some photos of you and a blurb about how you’re looking for a date. The dating service then purchases ads targeted to other Facebook users in your area who share similar likes and interests. The ads will show up just like regular ads.

According to James, it’s the ability of Facebook to target so specifically that really makes Lovebook work.

“Facebook has so much untapped potential for the dating world. With the Lovebook methodology we can find you matches far more effectively than trawling through Tinder for hours — and far more cheaply than signing up to Match.com.”

But will Lovebook catch on as the next big dating thing? Probably, once people get passed the initial creep factor of using targeted ads to find everlasting love wears off.
