Golf Carts or Golf Boards? Choose How You Ride

For years, there have been two ways to get around a golf course. One? Walk. Two? Ride in a golf cart. And this has proven to be very effective in getting your nine holes on. Many men and women have won various championships and become famous while exploring these time-tested ways of navigating the course.
Today, there is a new era of golf course travel surfing its way right onto every golf course across America. It’s called the GolfBoard, and its riders are going to change the game of golf.

Invented by world-class surfboarder Laird Hamilton, this board is something to see. Known in some circles as the way to “surf the Earth,” the GolfBoard is changing the game's experience. It’s a one-person board that has a handheld control. You can ride it like it’s a skateboard, and a handle-based option gives riders the ability to ride with their clubs on their backs. They can also place them on the handle and roll. It’s super cool to see these boards in action. For all those Ninja Turtles fans out there, it will remind you of the green guys’ rocket-powered skateboards, minus the flames.

The GolfBoard is not only changing the game, it is speeding up the game. Plus, its light weight is going to help course owners save millions on turf repair and make millions; this can easily be made into a rental vehicle for those who don't want to own. Retailing at $3,600 dollars, the GolfBoard could easily become a clubhouse name as it has already been named the “Best New Product” of the year by the 2014 PGA Merchandise show. In the near future, golfing will be witnessed with guys and gals riding on GolfBoards as they compete in the PGA tour. I wonder…when that happens, will they upgrade the jackets at the Masters too?
