Coke's Sales Slump |

Recent reports are saying sales of Coca-Cola are slumping.
Cold winters can do that.
Not enough folks headed to where it's warm or hot.
Perhaps it’s time to change the advertising message. “Open happiness” doesn't do much when it’s zero degrees with plenty of snow on the ground.
And the polar bears aren’t so cute when customers feel just like them.
So, maybe its time for Coke spots to have benefits in them, like they did years ago.
You can get thirsty shoveling snow.
You can have parties during the winter.
People still have birthday parties in winter.
The outdoor grill can be the indoor Jenn Air.
Maybe, just something that makes me think of summer in February.
Or, reminds me that I drink Coca-Cola because it’s refreshing and tastes good.
Simple yet effective.
