T-Mobile Has Taken Away the Pain for Financial Gain

There was a time in cell phone history that buying a phone meant making a commitment to love, to cherish, and to stay with the phone until you were eligible for an upgrade.  As consumers, we watched new phones come out and people with upgrade status get our “Beyoncé” on when it was time for our service providers to “upgrade ya!" But now there is a new hope. A place in which we can be liberated from the commitment of being a one-phone-type of guy or girl for 365 days. A place where we can have a new BlackBerry or iPhone 5 and not have a contract that binds us to services and ridiculous penalties and fees. This service provider has been sent by the gods of “Mount Cellular” to save us from our contract pain. This provider is T-Mobile!

Yes, T-Mobile has it down to a “T.” Their new service plans for their customers are a custom fit for today’s mobile phone user. John J. Legere C.E.O of T-Mobile and his team are all about taking our pain away.  By identifying what they call “pain points” in the customer experience, T-Mobile’s taking a new direction toward building and maintaining their market share, and it’s pretty remarkable. Unlike earlier secondary market service providers such as Sprint’s Boost Mobile, T-Mobile has created a great program that allows you to buy a new BlackBerry Z10 and still get an unlimited plan for $50 bucks nationwide. This is awesome! I was formally a Sprint customer that toted a BlackBerry and was paying out of my pocket for various equipment upgrades and state taxes. When I left Sprint I was paying almost $180.00 a month for an unlimited plan. Now I’m paying 50 bucks. Thank God for good ’ol American competition. Plus, you can add an additional line you only pay $30.00 and $10.00 a month after that for any other family members. It gets even better; if you want to bring your existing phone to T-Mobile, you can do that as well.

Furthermore, with T-Mobile’s new upgrade program “Jump,” all customers have to do is pay an additional 10 bucks a month and they can upgrade once a year for free, with additional perks of course. This is cellular service at its finest….contract-pain free.
