Old-school Trick or Treating stirred endless mystique for the unknown delights behind every door.  To gauge the biggest bang for your Halloween bag, the simple equation BIG houses = BIG treats ruled. Yet there were no guarantees…until now, Halloween 2015.

Thanks to social media and Target’s ingenuity, awesome treat sites can be rated and mapped out online on a site called Treatster. Who needs the element of candy disappointment? What you see in a pumpkin rating is what you’ll get for the goods. This concept puts the expectations right on the pumpkin mark, as it is now possible to chart the surefire candy route and locate the ghould-mine.

Tweet about setting the candy bar higher! Candy mediocrity is history as Target puts treaters of today’s trending world on the direct path to the best goodies in town as well as the b(oo)est decorated sites.

For those who like to know where they’re going, a treat plan can be plotted from the desktop version, while hobgoblin adventure seekers can check on the fly with a mobile device.

Checking is simple. Top spots are tagged as a “treat.” And even in candy politics, votes count! For every vote a house receives, the jack-o’-lantern (with a bulls-eye logo) appears bigger. In this case, bigger means head for THAT house…and you might want to tag Target for revolutionizing Halloween. Totally sweet!
