Nestle Pure Life is a Bottle of Love

What is quality? Nestle produced videos aired on YouTube with their employees defining what quality means to them in regards to family. They overwhelmingly say that quality is about caring for your family and caring about the products you give them. Then, naturally, they talk about the quality water that makes Nestle Pure Life. They say giving their family this water is like giving them love — a bottle of love.

Testimonials are powerful. We try to use them in marketing whenever we can. A personal story is more believable and trustworthy than some marketing message direct from the company. People and potential customers more easily connect with someone like them. The Nestle Pure Life testimonials from employees are powerful because they allow employees of Nestle to say why they believe in the product and why they offer it to their families. It is convincing.

Most of the time when we look for a product recommendation, we ask our friends. To be able to hear from the people directly that make and sell the product is even better. Most of us want to be proud of what we make or sell. The stories from the Nestle employees come across heartfelt. Yes, a marketing person probably wrote the script, but hopefully they did have input to the message and the meaning.

Are we idealistic? Yes. Is the message truthful? Hope so.
