It took a while, no doubt, to distill them, but in May 2014, we have the Institute for Public Relations providing the “Top 10 Social Media Research Studies for Public Relations Professionals” from the second half of 2013. The lag time probably isn’t as significant as what’s available to learn about the rapidly evolving application of social media as a relational tool. Dig in!
