|PsychoDog: Shoes for Dogs
By: Dwayne W. Waite Jr.
If you have ever owned a young, new puppy, then you are aware of the groans and moans that are associated with raising and training the puppy to be the dog you hope it will be.
Sometimes our dreams are too ambitious.
You know the scene. You come home from work, or being out for an extended amount of time, and your loving, furry companion, who usually meets you at the door, is nowhere to be found.
"Oh no," you mutter.
The absence from regular duty could only mean two things (at least, for our dog): either we didn't close a door and he's sleeping somewhere, or — and more irritatingly — he got into something he's not supposed to and decided not to show his guilty face.
And then you find shoes. At least, what remains of what were once your shoes.
Well this heavy intro gives way to PsychoDog, a shoe line meant for dogs and pet owners who have dogs that like to destroy things. The ad was created by an agency on Israel, and the company premiered the line during a convention that brought thousands of dog owners and lovers.
We thought it was pretty neat. Take a look yourself, and tell us what you think.
