Subway continues to pound the message about "Eating Fresh" with healthy food and good deals. Celebrity spokespeople have stayed with the Subway brand for a long time and continue to bring excitement to the ads.

Beginning with Jared Fogle, who became worth $15 million from eating Subway — that’s right — to celebrities like Apolo Ohno, Michael Phelps, Robert Griffin III, Nastia Liukin, and more, Subway knows how to do celebrity sponsorships. When a person decides where they are going to eat, they are more likely to eat where other winners eat. So, it is a winning strategy.

America continues to focus more on healthy eating, at least some of the time. As a fast-food alternative, Subway dominates with their tasty yet healthy choices. Their menu is broad and appeals to most, and they bring out special flavor sandwiches from time to time that keep things interesting. The Big Hot Pastrami commercials got viewers laughing and people in their stores trying the sandwich.

Consumers value a deal and the $5 footlong sub is one of them. The jingle is one you can’t get out of your head, and the price is one you can’t overlook. The footlong can be shared with a few people and then the price is incredible!

Subway continues to focus on its strengths and stay consistent to its brand. Their menu, value, and spokespeople are strong components of the winning strategy they keep employing. A great brand to model.
