Suppose all the world's cultural institutions functioned the way the National Museum of Iraq apparently does. We would have a dearth of culture and an ipso facto case for public relations as a restorative discipline. We have a Baghdad dispatch from AINA, the Assyrian International News Agency, as our source for what it might take to interview the museum's director. Forget it. One of the world's once-great repositories of ancient culture seems in dire need of relational PR.
