We won't be noting them all, but the first year-ending wrap-up of PR trends we've seen — from Sarah Skerik on PR Newswire's Beyond PR — has an appropriately digital emphasis. 2013 has been a highly digital year, and next year is likely to be too. So is the rest of history, for that matter. 

Sarah notes that "As of this writing, Google's revenues are greater than the US newspaper and magazine markets — combined — and their business is built on delivering niche information..." Digitally, of course. Wow!
