Ogilvy Brazil has spearheaded a campaign that has touched the hearts of thousands of people... literally. By honing in on Brazil’s beloved Sport Club Recife, the campaign is able to address one of the community's most common medical disparities. Their “Immortal Fans” campaign encourages passionate football (American soccer) fans to register as organ donors. It promises that after fans die, their hearts (and other organs) will live on for their favorite sports team. 

The campaign has increased organ donation by over 50% and has reduced the waiting list for heart and corneal transplants to zero. Within the commercial, we witness both donor and recipient testimonies, the impact of this sport within their community, and ways to become a donor.
