We all have a love/hate relationship with AdLand. It's natural. We work hard, we play hard; our colleagues seem to play harder than they work, or they take work way too seriously. The clients we work with are ridiculous, or the bosses we work for seem brainless. Our creative directors think they're turning straw into gold, and account managers think that they're an account away from becoming a partner.
Such is the life in advertising. But now our industry has an anonymous site where professionals can post their angst.
Our question is this: why in the world did this take so long?
Meet the Creative Confessional.
On this site, creative professionals can post anonymously about the advertising industry. People who read them can "absolve or condemn" the comment. A lot of the comments we can relate to. Some talk about the work/life balance, work environment, clients, YouTube, and Skyrim.
A few examples are below.

Our industry is certainly full of some colorful people. Go ahead and check it out. Confess your own sins, if you dare.
