PR, says Adam Singer, should be owning content but needs to recognize that that needs to happen day-by-day, inch-by-inch, and won't be accomplished by grand flourishes. Developing a voice, having a personality, expressing opinions, taking sides, and measuring it all, are techniques that will serve well. Adam discusses PR's content opportunity in a very meaty post.
