"As a small business owner," writes Mia Pearson, "it's imperative to join forces from the beginning — keeping communication channels open and executing campaigns that reflect teamwork and passion." And so it is.

Mia includes several tips for maintaining client-agency relationships, including "engage senior leadership early." They need to know what you're doing, and you need to know where they're going — or want to go. Building a trusting, knowledgeable relationship is imperative.
