Murdoch's Maneuvering Dismaying the British

Rupert Murdoch is discovering that outrageous conduct by underlings on his Sunday-only News of the World is truly tough to placate. Closing the paper doesn't do it. His Sun, The New York Times reports, is simply expected to add a Sunday edition.

Britishers rightly want accountability; an investigation into who hacked into voicemails of private citizens and under what authortity. Murdoch's own employees are questioning his move, The Times notes.
