Shoppers were out in full force on Black Friday. Not everyone embarked on their journey before the sun rose, but many still made it to the stores to look around and capture some deals. Those deals extended over the weekend for many retailers. Now Thanksgiving weekend is done, and Cyber Monday is upon us. Sales for Cyber Monday are expected to surpass $3 billion with 50% of shoppers expecting to do online purchasing.

Black Friday encouraged people to come out to the brick-and-mortar stores. Cyber Monday encourages shoppers to shop from home (or work). Many retailers offer price discounts, but Sephora takes a different approach. They offered deep discounts for Black Friday. For Cyber Monday they are offering limited edition sets that are actually pricey but special. They are on to the fact that shoppers not only are enticed by good deals, but they like special and exciting products.

One site that brings it all together is cybermonday.com. Here you can find a summary of all the great deals out there. Amazon, Target, and Walmart are retailers that lead the pack of most-visited sites for Cyber Monday. Retailers are offering special deals and shoppers have learned that early morning offers the most promise. So go online and contribute to that $3 billion while getting some great deals!
