We heard a rumor that Canada is going to make it harder for Americans to enter their country because they think we will soon come running for safety. While we are not sure about that, we do know that Matt and Nat from Montreal will have you come running for their products. Matt and Nat is a company with a great motto offering vegan handbags.

For consumers interested in the environment and sustainability, Matt and Nat should be on your list. Their name stands for MAT(T)erial and NATure. Their handbags are made from vegan leather. No little animals lost their lives for these handbags. Instead, polyurethane and polyvinylchloride are the materials used to make their products. The lining in their bags is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. The company is also experimenting with recycled nylons, cardboard, rubber, and cork.

Another exciting part about Matt and Nat is that their products are unique and attractive. Their designs are fun and pretty. What’s even prettier about Matt and Nat is their motto: “Live beautifully.” To them, living beautifully means appreciating the humanity, creativity, and positivity found in all of us. Their values include social responsibility, excellence, inclusiveness, integrity, learning, authenticity, and, of course, love.

Many women buy handbags not just for function but to make a style statement and to carry a thing of beauty. How great to be able to carry something beautiful that also helps you live beautifully.
