Have Your Brand Show the Love

This weekend is Valentine’s Day. It will be a busy shopping time, and the big winners will be retailers, especially florists and jewelers. There is no reason why your brand can’t ride on the wave of the biggest weekend of love, especially on social media, to tell your customers you care and show them some love.

We have a social media client in the field of science. We found a great image spelling out Happy Valentine’s Day with elements of the periodic table that will be the post on the big day. We have a social media client in the field of pharmacy. We are focusing on showing the love in a special way to customers that come in the pharmacy that day and to staff members to help them feel appreciated. A mere mention of Happy Valentine’s Day to some people may be the most kindness shown to them that day.

In this world of striving to increase customer engagement, your brand could offer some creative ways to show love to friends and family. An outrageous idea that may need some logistical tweaking is to park the cars on the auto lot in the shape of hearts. How about offering a sale on any red or pink item in your store? How about offering a greeting card to anyone that buys from a select group of items? How about a free music download of the best love song from each era to play with your sweetie? How about your favorite recipe for a dinner for two or for the whole family?

Love can be shown in big ways or small. Take this opportunity to have your brand show some love in ways that are fitting.
